Went to the drive through. Was greeted with a smile through the monitor. They allowed ya to make our order, confirmed our portion size, sauce and drink preference, and then repeated it back. Then our favorite part, "happy to help". At the next station they took our payment and gave our beverages. Then that attendant told us to puull up to the line, not another station. We were a bit confused but moments later a women came out, handed us our food and told us to "have a wonderful day!" I was nervous they would skimp on a napkins or sauces, but all was there. Food was tasty as usual but what I will remember is the wonderful customer service of the folks working @12:30pm on 1/21. (Anthony's name was on the receipt)!!! ...happy to help!
My wife and I had an excellent meal there today. The Manager, Moniquea was awesome. All of the staff had smiles on their face. Obviously a great place to work. Great customer service is hard to find but we found it here! Thank you Moniquea!
